Preci maintains a complete computerized calibration system which detects and corrects production inconsistencies during the manufacturing process. Our Quality Control manual guides our manufacturing and inspection procedures which adhere to MIL Specs: MIL-I-45208A, MIL-C-45662A and MIL-STD-105.

By eliminating production discrepancies, we save valuable time and resources. This translates to just-in-time delivery and lower costs.

Preci uses the latest in computer numerical control equipment when manufacturing your precision components. All types of materials, including high temperature alloys, can be machined to tolerances of up to ±50 millionths.

Our 38,000 sq. ft. facility has been designed to optimize available resources and directs them for maximum efficiency. Personnel, plant and production are closely managed to meet budget goals, specifications and schedule requirements.

Incorporating the most state-of-art CAD computer system, the Design and Engineering Department produces the specifications and the process necessary to manufacture your components.

The design software is then transferred directly to our CAM system which produces the CNC tapes that guide our machine tools.
